Fall is definitely here, brisk bright mornings with all the beautiful colors. We continue to work on our passion project Rider's Position Coach, that will solve a basic rider need, to improve our position in the saddle with the help of new technology.
Our start up journey continues and it has been a month with a lot of progress and great meetings!
Enjoy the ride with us! Mari and CharLotta
We have started to analyze movement data
Data collection from different riders is ongoing. We have together with our technical partner Racefox and one of their founders Christer Norström, who is professor at KTH, started to analyze the data from 10 different rider. This result will be the start to create the foundation and KPI:s for Rider's Position Coach.
Business development
We participated in a Start up Boot Camp at Uppsala Innovation Center. Good insights and learning and we also got one of the Start up Bibles Running Lean by Ash Maurya
Another great opportunity is that we will have a Business coach from Almi helping us to create a robust strategy. We will start to meet her in November.
Learning from success
This Thursday we met Jenny Stråhle the founder of Ridesum which is the new ways to train. Their tag line is train where you want when you want. Ridesum is an app and a communication platform for trainers, riders and other experts within equestrian sport. Try it, it is such a smooth and nice experience. Jenny told us about their successful journey and we got a lot of new business insights. Thank you Jenny for sharing!
We follow of course closely what is happening on the horse tech market. But we also review other analoge tools that will help us to improve our position in the saddle. This month we tried RideQ Head and Posture Position. Read about it at our Hortsetech page
That was all from us!
Enjoy your ride and focus on your position in the saddle. We will come back to you in about a month with more inspiration.
